Yes Is The Right Answer To Your Wife's Horse

After a spell of assiduous courting, a man feels like he knows a woman enough to ask her to wed him and spend the remainder of her life with him. She accepts, and as time passes each finds that the other is not quite everything that that he or she appeared to be before getting married, but that is okay if the partners are reasonably accommodating.

But what if you?re bored by all animals and to horses in particular, and your spouse is a closet horse lover? What if one day she springs a nasty surprise on you: she would like a horse? Are you able to take that surprise without issues? And if you can, what are you actually intending to do about it? Will you accede, or will you veto?

In fact you are lost. You are not quite certain about what you must do. You have the fear that spending on a pony will impact your cosy way of life adversely. You need to stop, take a big breath and have another think. It takes a real smart man to realize that permitting his wife to buy the horse she?s itching for is about to get him big brownie points. Put aside your fear that a horse could eat you out of hearth and home, without even mentioning all the upkeep and maintenance. You?re also moderately sure that after a while, your better half will be after you to get another pony, so you can learn to ride too. That way, the two of you can take romantic rides together. The thought has you sweating! More cost!

- Before doing something that you will regret later on here?s a suggestion: you can let your other half have her way and have almost all of your fears turn out to be unfounded. Just think about this: if your other half files for divorce because you refused her a pony, the costs of support might be far, far worse than the expenses of rearing a pony.

- On the other hand, by acceding to her request, you can gain some advantage. What about some quid pro quo? You could remind her that for the last few years she has been preventing you from buying that 72? Plasma Television you?ve been craving for, as it is expensive, and now she would like a horse! Before you realise, you?ll be watching videos of your wife riding on a 72? Plasma Television!

- If you kind of ration it out, you can keep squeezing for some considerable time. You can keep squeezing as long as your other half keeps riding, because her pony will be a continual expense item. There will be no end of feeding and vet visits and grooming and stabling if you put up your wife?s horse at a boarding stable. All this adds up to the undeniable fact that for the 1st time since you got married, you and your spouse are on level playing grounds.

- So think seriously before you refuse your spouse her pony.
