Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Architect/ Designer with a minimum of 10+ years of experience, with strong conceptual design skills, committed to high quality design, design vision and sustainable design practices for a senior role with our interior design team in Portland, OR.? The candidate must be versed in the current? trends, workplace and illustrate excellence in design in past projects. The portfolio of work should represent corporate design projects illustrating design capabilities and individual contribution to each project.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have the ability to lead a design team, collaborate, foster design ideas and encourage team building. In addition, initiate new client contacts, seek marketing opportunities, retain and build client relationships.

Extensive experience working on all aspects of the interior design practice, including corporate design and complex, multi-phase projects is required. Excellent communication skills are a must. In particular, the ability to communicate within a firm with local, national and international clients and consultants is required. ?LEED accreditation encouraged.
